The Quality Policy of the M.Sc. Program is aligned with the broader goals and commitments of the School of Human Movement and Quality of Life and the University of Peloponnese, and includes:

1. Promoting knowledge and developing research in the Organization and Management of Sports Activities for People with Disabilities, as well as in related sciences and fields such as culture, education, health, tourism, local government, and recreation.
2. Preparing well-trained professionals capable of promoting, on the one hand, the development of sport for people with disabilities in Greece and worldwide, and, on the other hand, the aforementioned related fields, through the specialized knowledge and experience provided by this innovative program.
3. Meeting the postgraduate-level educational needs for professional staff in the organization of rehabilitation centers for people with disabilities, in both the private and public sectors.
4. Promoting the organization and management of Federations, Associations for people with disabilities, the Hellenic Paralympic Committee, and Special Olympics, in order to improve the organization and effectiveness of sport for people with disabilities in Greece and worldwide.
5. Providing students with direct contact with people with disabilities through the Program’s mandatory practical training, carried out in rehabilitation centers, specialized physiotherapy clinics, diagnostic and support centers, special education schools, and social support and inclusion facilities attended by students with disabilities and/or special educational needs. In this way, students gain hands-on educational experience and further develop their knowledge, skills, and competencies.
6. Familiarizing students with research processes in specific topics within the aforementioned scientific areas and with the writing of related scientific papers.

The objectives and quality assurance policy of the M.Sc. Program are jointly shaped, continuously reviewed, and improved through the active participation of all its members (the Director and Deputy Director of the Program, Members of the Coordinating Committee, Teaching and Research Staff, Special Educational Staff, Special Technical Laboratory Staff, administrative staff, and students).
